Police say 300 pirated DVDs had been confiscated from two Brazilians in Nagano Prefecture who allegedly made DVD copies of Disney TV programs for sale in Japan. The suspects, Isawa Hevio Yukishigue and Alves Valter Teles, allegedly have netted 250 million yen since March 2000, selling pirated DVDs on the Internet and through Brazilian stores in Japan.
